Welcome to Evolusea. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Evolusea: AI Compass mobile application and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account or using the app, you are entering into a legal agreement with Wijaya Raya Capital Pte. Ltd. Please read this carefully β it explains your rights, our responsibilities, and the rules that make this a safe and meaningful space for everyone.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.
1. Who We Are
Evolusea is operated by Wijaya Raya Capital Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore.

When we say "Evolusea," "we," "us," or "our," we mean Wijaya Raya Capital Pte. Ltd. When we say "you" or "your," we mean any person who accesses or uses the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Evolusea. This requirement applies regardless of where you are located. By creating an account or using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
If we have reason to believe that a user is under 18, we reserve the right to suspend or close the account immediately and delete all associated data.
3. Your Account
When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its security and for all activity that occurs through it. This means keeping your password confidential, not sharing your login credentials, and signing out when using a shared device.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep it updated. Creating a false identity, impersonating another person, or registering with fraudulent information is prohibited.
Each person may hold only one personal account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits, abuse promotional offers, or manipulate any feature of the Services is not permitted and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

4. The Services We Provide
Evolusea offers tools for spiritual wellness and personal growth, including AI-powered conversational guidance, journaling with mood tracking, goal setting and progress tracking, daily wisdom quotes, mood check-ins, vision boards, curated wisdom stories, faith-based calendar events, and content personalized to your belief tradition, language, and emotional state.
We provide these Services to the best of our ability but do not guarantee that they will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may update, modify, add, or discontinue features at any time. When we make significant changes that materially affect your experience, we will notify you through the app in advance.
Important Limitations
Evolusea is not a health or medical service. It is a tool for personal reflection, spiritual exploration, and self-development. It is not a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, psychiatric treatment, or guidance from a qualified religious leader or spiritual advisor. AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or culturally imprecise.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, emotional distress, or a situation requiring professional support, please seek qualified help immediately. We care about your wellbeing beyond the app.
5. AI-Powered Features
Several features within Evolusea are powered by artificial intelligence, including the Compass conversational guide, content summarization, and calendar event generation. When you interact with these features, relevant data from your conversation and profile β including your belief system, mood, and conversation history β is processed by third-party AI service providers on our behalf.
We do not send directly identifying information such as your name or email address to AI service providers. Full details of how AI processing works, including what data is transmitted and where it is processed, are described in our Privacy Policy.
AI responses are generated in real time and are not reviewed by a human before they reach you. While we implement content safeguards, you should exercise your own judgment when engaging with AI-generated content, particularly in matters of faith, personal decisions, or emotional wellbeing.
By using AI-powered features, you acknowledge and agree that your conversations and related profile data will be processed by third-party AI service providers as described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to attempt to manipulate, exploit, reverse engineer, or extract model information from the AI systems powering Evolusea. You also agree not to use AI-generated content from Evolusea for any commercial purpose without our prior written permission.
6. Free and Premium Tiers
Evolusea offers a free tier and a paid premium subscription. The premium tier unlocks additional features and higher usage allowances as described in the app at the time of purchase.
Usage Limits
Both free and premium tiers are subject to usage limits, including daily limits on certain features and overall usage allowances. Current limits are displayed within the app and may be adjusted from time to time at our discretion. Changes to usage limits for premium subscribers during an active billing period will not reduce the features included in your current subscription term.
Subscriptions and Billing
Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play, depending on your device. All billing, payment processing, and refund handling are governed by the policies of those platforms. We do not receive, store, or have access to your payment card details, banking information, or billing address.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period β you retain access to premium features until that date.
Free Trials
Free trials, where offered, are available once per user. The terms of each trial β including duration and what happens when it ends β are displayed before you begin. Trial availability and conditions are governed by the applicable platform's policies.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods except where required by applicable consumer protection law or the policies of the platform through which you subscribed. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at privacy@evolusea.com and we will investigate promptly.
7. Your Content
The notes, journal entries, goal records, conversations, mood check-ins, vision boards, and other content you create within Evolusea belong to you. We do not claim ownership over your content.
By using the Services, you grant Evolusea a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of delivering the Services to you. This includes generating AI summaries of your notes and conversations to improve your experience. This license ends when you delete your content or close your account, subject to the limited data retention periods described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the content you create. You agree not to use Evolusea to store, transmit, or share content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or that violates the rights of any other person. This includes content that infringes intellectual property rights, contains personal information about others without their consent, or promotes violence, discrimination, or illegal activity.
We do not actively monitor the content of your private notes or conversations. However, we reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts where there is evidence of a violation of these Terms, legal obligations require us to act, or the safety of users or the integrity of the Services is at risk.
8. Acceptable Use
Evolusea is designed to be a safe, reflective, and meaningful space. To maintain that environment, you agree that you will not:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair the app or its infrastructure.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, other users' accounts, or our systems.
- Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to interact with the Services without our express written permission.
- Transmit viruses, malware, or any code designed to damage, interrupt, or compromise systems.
- Use the Services to send spam, conduct phishing, or engage in any form of deception.
- Copy, reproduce, or republish any part of the Services β including AI-generated content, wisdom stories, or curated quotes β for commercial distribution without our written consent.
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits, premium feature restrictions, or any technical measures we implement.
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in the Services β including the software, interface design, branding, logos, typography, written content, curated wisdom stories, quotes, AI prompt engineering, and the structure and presentation of features β belongs to Wijaya Raya Capital Pte. Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your own private, non-commercial purposes. This license does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
You may not copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on any part of the Services. You may not remove or alter any proprietary notices. You may not use Evolusea's name, logo, or branding in any way that implies an endorsement or affiliation that does not exist.
If you believe that any content within the Services infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at privacy@evolusea.com with the details of your claim.
10. Feedback and Suggestions
If you provide us with feedback, ideas, suggestions, or proposals regarding the Services β whether solicited or unsolicited β you acknowledge that such feedback is provided voluntarily and without any expectation of compensation or obligation on our part. We are free to use, incorporate, modify, or decline any feedback without restriction and without any duty to acknowledge its source.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. How we collect, use, protect, share, and transfer your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy. In particular, you acknowledge that:
- Certain features involve the collection of sensitive personal data β specifically your religious or philosophical belief system. We obtain your explicit, separate consent for this at the point of collection during the onboarding process, not through a general acceptance of these Terms.
- AI-powered features involve the transfer of conversation and profile data to third-party AI service providers located outside your country of residence, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- You have the right to withdraw consent for sensitive data processing at any time by updating your profile settings or deleting your account.
12. Third-Party Services
Evolusea integrates with third-party services to deliver certain features, including authentication, AI processing, payment management, and analytics. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of third-party services.
The app may contain links to external websites or resources. We do not endorse or control those external sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. You access them at your own risk.
13. Service Availability and Force Majeure
We aim to keep the Services available and functioning at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Services may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, software updates, infrastructure issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemic, war, terrorism, government action, power failure, internet or telecommunications failure, cyberattacks, third-party service provider outages, or regulatory changes.
14. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
Without limiting the above, we do not warrant that the Services will meet your specific requirements, that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your faith tradition or personal circumstances, that the Services will be continuously available or free from errors, or that defects will be corrected within any specific timeframe.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Evolusea will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of goodwill, or emotional distress, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Services β even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the greater of: the total amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred Singapore dollars (SGD 100).
The following are not limited or excluded by this section:
- Liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence
- Liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rights under the laws of Thailand, Indonesia, or Singapore
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wijaya Raya Capital Pte. Ltd. and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses β including reasonable legal fees β arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your content, your use of the Services in violation of applicable law, or your infringement of any third party's rights.
17. Termination
By You
You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Account deletion results in the immediate and permanent removal of all your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This action cannot be undone.
By Us
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Services if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, your account has been used fraudulently or for unlawful purposes, continued provision of the Services to you creates legal or regulatory risk, or we are required to do so by law or regulatory order.
Where we terminate your account for reasons other than your breach of these Terms, and you hold an active paid subscription, we will refund any unused portion of your prepaid subscription on a pro-rata basis where required by applicable law.
Survival
Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination β including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and feedback β will continue to apply after your account is closed.
18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Informal Resolution First
If a dispute arises, we ask that you first contact us at privacy@evolusea.com. We will make a genuine effort to resolve the matter within 30 days of your written notice.
Arbitration
If informal resolution is not possible within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with its rules then in force. The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
Exceptions
Either party may seek emergency or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
For users in Thailand and Indonesia: This arbitration clause does not restrict your right to bring claims under mandatory consumer protection laws in your local courts. Any statutory consumer rights enforceable under local law apply in full and are not waived by this clause.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, business practices, or legal requirements. When we make changes that materially affect your rights or obligations, we will notify you through the app at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree, you should stop using the Services and close your account before the changes take effect.
We maintain records of previous versions of these Terms. You may request a copy of any prior version by contacting us.
20. General Provisions
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. A waiver is effective only if given in writing by an authorized representative of Evolusea.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to an affiliate or successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, provided that the assignee agrees to be bound by these Terms.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms specific to particular features or promotional offers, constitute the entire agreement between you and Evolusea regarding your use of the Services. They supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations relating to the same subject matter.
